Hi :

As shown in the following figure, I want to know if LM2901 can work normally when only the voltage of IN- is Less than VCC-2V.

And Is there a minimum requirement of （IN+） - （IN-），if I want to output high level？

As Kai said, this is covered in section 8.2.2.1 in th LM2901-Q1 datasheet.

Please also see the LM339 family appnote - this is covered in more detail in section 2.2.

To make the output "High", the non-inverting input (+) must be higher than the inverting (-) input. The inverting input (-) must stay within the valid input range of (Vcc-2V).
