LM358: Device marking difference

Hi team,

Please help to explain the brightness of the pins, dots, device marking, is it the same IC? Will it affect the use?
※In datasheet I found that SOIC package does not have dot but PS and DGK have dot.

Hello Tom,

The improved leadframe on top is roughened so it don't reflect light in the same way. It is better for solderability .

The different first four characters are part of the data code marking. There is no change to use or device performance.
