Hi Shota,

TL103WA does have a better offset voltage compared to TL103W.

But if you're looking for better performance devices overall, please take a look at OPA2990 and OPA2991. Both these devices are available in SOIC pkg. Please find the comparison table below:

My apologies. OPA299x does not have an internal reference.

If internal reference is a requirement, please go ahead with TL103WA.
