Part Number: OPA340

Noise performance is very different for two simulation model of the OPA340 (from TINA-TI V9 and from the TI's site). Which one is wrong?

Simulation file is attached..OPA340_FZT869_XXX.TSC

  • The web model looks correct,

  • Hi Alexander,

you apply a negative input voltage to the OPAmp. This violates the common mode input voltage range of OPAmp.

hmm...Point me, please - I do not see where it is. Power is unipolar 0..+5V, input signal 0 to 1V, opamp is follower/buffer amp...

    Hi Alexander,

Maybe this is what you like to see?

    Thanks, Kai!

Your second case is what I'll plan to use: positive input signal only.

    Hi Alexander,

do you still have a question?
