Hello,

I'd like to ask for some information about TLV2313-Q1.

Min and Max values on V_OS - Input offset voltage over full temperature range (T_A= -40 to 125 °C)
- If you refer to dV_OS/dT, please share with me at least the Max value of the dV_OS/dT.
Min and Max values on I_B - Input bias current over full temperature range (T_A = -40 to 125 °C)
Max value on V_O - Voltage output swing from supply rails over full temperature range (T_A = -40 to 125 °C)

If Max and/or Min values are not available, I'd appreciate if you share with me distribution data of these parameters.

Shinichi-san,

As strange as it sounds, there is no minimum nor maximum Vos, IB or Vo for temperature. This is also true for the commercial version.

I will research why there are no temperature limits. I recommend choosing another op amp.

Shinichi-san, these TLV parts are using the same die as earlier OPA parts, you can likely use these numbers, here we see another spec. oddity, the input bias current and offset current are shown as +/- while the offset voltage (also +/- implied) is not showing that - kind of a odd trend in that time period to only show offset voltage magnitude when in fact it is +/-2.5mV below

Shinichi-san,

Lack of temperature limits for TLV2316-Q1 is intentional. This is a transfer risk from manufacturer to customer.

Some similar devices that have temperature limits are as follows.

TLV9002-Q1 Vos   (RRIO device)
TL972-Q1 Vos, Ib   (RRO device)
TLV9062-Q1 Vos   (RRIO device)
TLV272-Q1 Vos, Ib, Iio   (RRO device)

That was apparently the idea, I do however doubt they changed the test program - so it is likely those earlier limits are still there for the TLV part.
