Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLE2141
Hello guys,
One of my customers is going to use TLE2141-Q1 for their new products because the device evaluation result on their own board was no problem.
But any ESD performanvce is not shown in the device datasheet.
They need HBM and CDM ESD performance data to registered the device to their internal management system.
Could you tell me how much ESD perforemance of TLE2141 are?
