Our customer is requesting for the thermal details Theta JC and Theta JB of LMH6629 in WSON-8 DAP package. The datasheet only provided the Theta JA.

Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value):	65.4
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value):	66.7
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value):	38.6
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value):	3.3
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value):	38.5
Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value):	20.5
