Part Number: LM2903-Q1
Hi team,
What is the absolute max junction temperature for LM2903-Q1? 125C is max recommended.
In comparison, some competitor device 2903 still specifying max junction up to 150C (even though parameters are only guaranteed for Ta <125C) but our LM2902-Q1 does not specific absolute max Tj in datasheet.
Thanks and best regards,

Hello Pengyu,
The commercial device, LM2903, has an abs-max of 150C. The automotive device, being more conservative, does not list an abs max die temp.
It will be "functional" up to 150C, but it will not meet datasheet specifications when >125C. So, as you said, specifications are not guaranteed when >125C to 150C.
We do have the "Grade Zero" "E" LM2903E-Q1, specified up to 150C. See section 6.7 of the LM2903-Q1 datasheet. It is warranted up to 150C. It was released to specifically compete against that particular competitor part.
