My customer is trying to get a linear voltage output from the LM2907 with a signal input in the 100's of kHz (let's say 0-1MHz). We're finding that the selection criteria for C1 & R1 are to be quite challenging - particularly with the C1 min of 500pF. Therefore, we'd like to get your help on what values to use to support this desired frequency range. In this application Vcc=12V.

Hi Michell,
I am not certain that LM2907 is able to handle for approx. 40kHz in F-V conversion for Vcc = 12V.
Assume I2 = 240uA (180uA typical), C1=500pF and Vcc=12V, fmax is calculated to be 40kHz per equation 7.

AN-162 is the application note for the IC. The application note is only shown up to 10kHz.
