AMC1302: SPICE model seems not to work in LTSPICE or Micro-Cap

Part Number: AMC1302

Team-

Customer has ported the SPICE model for AM1302 to a PSPICE file for use in LT SPICE, with erroneous results.

As a check, I went through the same process and ported to Micro-Cap with the same results.

Can you please provide an unencrypted PSPICE model rather than just the TINA one in the product folder (that works of course...!)

Thanks, Best, Steve

  • Hi Steve,

The TINA simulation files on the AMC1302 tool folder are not encrypted and should be compatible with PSPICE.  There are some potential EULA issues here.  Shoot me a note and we can chat off line.

For now though, I'll go ahead and close this post.
