Part Number: OPA2348
We have a hearing aid application and wish to utilise the on-die version of the OPA2348 operational amplifier. We would like to open a dialog to commence incorporating the product. We are seeking guidance on how we can incorporate this into an initial product prototype schedule Q3 2020. There is potential to also incorporate on-die versions of other ultra-low current GP TI amplifiers in the same application. Just to be sure we are on the same page, can you explain what you mean by "on-die?" Are you looking for something in a more die-sized package? Or, are you trying to get a part literally printed onto another die? Maybe you mean neither.

On Digi-Key, the part OPA2348TDB1 is IC OPAMP GP 2 CIRCUIT DIE.
Yes, for miniaturisation purposes were are investigating the die "package."
Daniel, are you able to advise of which TI department you're a member?
Ok, I've understood that you're interested in purchasing the die directly. I will put your case in front of my team members who are responsible for this type of request.
I work for one of the amplifier teams itself. In other words, I'm a member of the group of engineers that conceptualizes, develops, markets, and supports the parts. The customer support team is another group of people in an entirely different portion of the company.

The application also requires other low current TI GP op amps. Down the track we could take a look at further integration.

If you're also interested in a low current TI amp, my team handles those as well. You can post questions about those on e2e at any time and hear back from me or one of my teammates. Out of curiosity, do you think you'd also be looking at chip-scale devices for the low-power parts?
It is a distinct possibility, pending review on the logistics about which your team will be providing further information.
Some of the other amps are already BGA, so that should be fine for prototypes. We'll review the miniaturisation aspects as the design matures.
