LM321LV: Max. output swing (again)

Part Number: LM321LV

I'm trying to interpret correctly the specification for output voltage swing, found near the bottom of the table in section 6.7.  The spec is called Voltage output swing from positive supply, and is given as 1 V in the MIN column.  I hope this is saying that the output will always get to within 1 V of the positive rail under the specified load condition.  However, shouldn't this mean that the 1 V should be in the MAX column?  In other words, the maximum distance down from the positive rail is 1 V, and typically it would be less than 1 V from the supply.

Please help me interpret this correctly.

Thanks,

Scott
