INA240: output changes after several times power up and power down

Part Number: INA240

Hi,

my customer is using INA240A4, the schematic is as below:

when we do the test, the input is floating, REF is 0.3V constant. power supply is 5V, the OUT pin is not connected to other circuit.

There are 8 exactly the same circuit powered by the same 5V and REF.

Most of the time, the output is 0.301V, we power up and power down the device every 5seconds.

After 30mins test, we will find that one of the INA240 OUT pin will change to 0.311V, but the other 7 INA240 OUT are still 0.301V.

And then we power up and power down the device, the OUT pin will go back to 0.301V from 0.311V.

It's very strange, the incidence is low, but it can repeat.

What may cause the problem?
