AMC1301: CQC and CSA certification consult

Hi team,

My customer wants to know the CQC and CSA certification of AMC1301DWVR, do we pass these standards? If so, please help provide CQC and CSA certification to me. Thanks.

    Hi Charles,

    We do not have certifications from the CQC (or CCC) for the AMC1301.  CSA is covered under cUL.

    Hi Tom,

    Thank you for your information here. My customer needs us to provide the report about passing IEC 60950-1, they need this report to meet the certification standard. Does this device have such a report? Thanks.

    Hi Charles,

    The AMC1301 was not specifically tested to the IEC 60950-1 standard.  The IEC 60950-1 document covers Information Technology equipment, in other words, the end-product or final system device.  The AMC1301 is just a component in that end system, it is not necessarily expected that all components and sub-assemblies comply with every aspect of the 60950-1 standard, provided that the complete end system/product does comply.

    Thank you for your updates here. If we do not have this report, this may be a risk for us to Din this device in such a system that customers really need this report. Do you think if it is possible for us to certificate this device to the IEC 60950-1 standard now? Thanks.
