LMH5401: Input voltage and current noise validation with spice simulation

Part Number: LMH5401

Hello,

I would like to validate the Input-Referred Voltage Noise graph that appears in the datasheet by running a spice simulation.

I would like to check if the model noise is similar to the datasheet.

Could you please suggest a test circuit for Tina or Pspice in order to extract the Input-Referred Voltage Noise and the Input-Referred current Noise of LMH5401?

Thanks,

Sariel

  • Hello Sariel,

Just put a voltage meter across the input pins and run a noise sweep to get the models input voltage noise, then put current meters into those pins and run a noise sim to get the current noise - look pretty good to me,
