TL082: Looking for RθJA thermal information

Hi Team,

The RθJA thermal information for TL082IPWR is not in it's datasheet. I want to use it to calculate safe temperature, maximum allowable power dissipation and JC. Can someone at TI provide that information?

Hello Tom,

The data sheet does have RθJA on page 6 of the data sheet.

I will request a new model to get the other parameters. This could take up to 2 weeks.

I am sorry for the typo.
Actually I want to know the RθJC instead of the RθJA.

Tom,

RθJC is a nearly useless parameter because very little heat flows from package top to the air.

Nevertheless I will post all the results from the model once it is complete.
