THS4551: TINA model open loop differential output impedance shift in model update

Part Number: THS4551
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: THS4561

I regularly need to generate phase margins for MFB filters using this part. Recently, I was testing one with the original and the 2019 update. With the original model it was warning me of 7deg phase margin (which you can fix externally), but giving me 30deg with the 2019 update - if that is a mistake, would be missing low phase margin issues down the road.

Not sure what the culprit might be, but I do know the open loop Zol plays a big role having to drive that feedback C in the MFB topology - yes, that changed quite a lot in the model update - I spent quite a lot of time matching the original Zol to designer sims, the new model goes below 1ohm midrange - very unlikely. This sim removes the internal feedback C of 0.6pF as that is part of the NG (I think). Anyway, I think I intend to continue with the original model, but it does seem a risk for designers pulling down the 2019 update.
