If you provide us with some sorts of design requirements, we may be able to assist you better. Here is some other thread. Depending on your application, you may also use instrumentation amplifiers to do this, such as INA818, INA333 , INA826 or others to make the single ended to differential conversion.

Hello Raymond/Michael,

Below is the block diagram of my circuit,

I'm measuring the temperature by using NTC  thermistor. The target is to get symmetrical differential output signal with unity gain from single ended input voltage, with temperature input voltage varies from 0.1 Volts to 2 volts Max.

So i requested to know is there any specific  IC to attain this operation.

Hi Kishore,

If you are talking abut Sensing current with shunt resistor, INA818, INA333 or other instrumentation amplifiers will meet the sensing application. If this is approach you want to take, I can send you a simulation for your reference. Please provide me with voltage rails, amplitude and  Rsense values etc..

If I am interrupting your drawing correctly, you want to monitor the current via NTC thermistor. There are many other approaches you may take for the design requirements. I am enclosing some of the links below. 

You may also use a constant current source to drive the NTC thermistor, see the last link. The voltage across the thermistor can extract the R value of the thermistor, which is a function of temperature.
