OPA361-Q1: Do we have the Vibration and Mechanical Shock Test?

Part Number: OPA361-Q1

Dear team,

Do we test below items marked by red box? If so, where can I find the test data? I didn't find it in the datasheet.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Sherry

  • Hi Sherry,

I found a document listing all the related AEC-Q100 compliance/qualification specifications performed by TI on the OPA361Q1.  I have attached the document below for you to examine.

In summary, neither of the two sub-tests of the MIL-STD 202F (that you highlighted in red) are performed/tested.  Both the 201A (Vibration) and 213C (Shock) tests are absent from the document; the OPA361-Q1 has no functionality/ability guarantees regarding those two specifications.

I found the portal/website where any TI part can be queried for its AEC-Q100 test results.  If you find yourself doing a lot of work with AEC-Q100 result questions, I could send you an email with the link at your request.OPA361AQDCKRQ1-738572.pdf

Please reference the third column of each page of the document, labeled "Test Spec", to review the test results for the OPA361-Q1.

I  cannot speak to whether TI has capability to perform either the shock or vibration test, or whether a decision to exclude the OPA361-Q1 was made.  My response is based on the knowledge I gained reading the document I provided to you, as well as MIL-STD-202 and AEC-Q100 spec information.

    Best,

    Alec Saebeler
