Does TI have integrated 4-20mA transmitters for inputs from bridge sensors?
Yes. When using a bridge sensor, take care that your input signal is properly conditioned. See the attached articles to learn how to use an amplifier with optimized positive feedback to correct for nonlinearities in your sensor. TI's XTR106 includes 2.5V and 5V excitation sources, linearization, and amplification for a bridge sensor input.

The following reference design goes through the theory, component selection, simulation, complete PCB schematic & layout, bill of materials, and measured performance results of a 2-wire (loop-powered) 4-20mA sensor transmitter (XTR117), and PGA309 providing linearization and temperature compensation to a differential bridge sensor voltage. Circuit modifications that help to meet alternate design goals are also discussed.
Figure 1 in the XTR106 datasheet + the Applications Information section on page 9 is also a good design reference.
