TL3016: Vdd=+6V/-5V operation

Hi,

My customer considers replacing LT1016 to TL3016. On this timing, he wants to change Vdd from +5V/-5V to +6V/-5V. However, datasheet said Vdd<=5.4V on Test condition column, but datasheet does not described +6V operation on both devices.

I have request.
Can TL3016 work operation under +6V/-5V of Vdd?
If no, could you please advise the alternative solutions?

    Hi, 

    As long as the supply range is below 14V as indicated in the abs max table (+7V/-7V), the part should work. For your example of +6V/-5V, the total supply range would be 11V so it will operate with these supply values.
