LM2901: The power rise waveform is a little disturbed. Is there a problem?

your schematic shows a pullup to 3.3V but your waveform is going to 5V

this is a bit confusing.  Can you explain where the 5V is coming from.

I am sorry but can you clean up your schematic? It doesn't seem like the output is for the schematic you provided. Please provide some explanation.

5V cannot be applied to the non-inverting pin if you are only powering the device with 5V. This violates the common mode of the device.

Sorry, but your new picture has the inverting pin always more positive than the non-inverting pin.

In this scenario, the output should track the supply as it ramps up until the comparator supply voltage reaches a min operating voltage.

At that time, the output would go low since that is the input condition defined in your picture.

All of us would like to help you, but the information you are sharing is not consistent yet you show the same output waveform.

Please clarify how the comparator is configured and provide new output waveforms that show the two inputs, the output and the supply in the same screen capture.

The voltage at the input terminal (+-) is an example and has nothing to do with what you want to hear. Is it okay if the power supply voltage does not increase monotonously?
