TLV2721: Do you have a maximum current rating at 10V Vdd?

Hello team,

Customer want to know maximum supply current at 10V VDD.
I understood the value is 200uA at 3V and 5V, will this same value at 10V as well?

have you seen figure 32 of datasheet?

Hi Kai,

The figure 32 shows typical value but the customer want to know max value.
Is max current at 10V almost same as 200uA?

Hello Koyo-san,

If a device was close to 200uA at 5V then I would expect a higher slope but still less than 300uA at 10V. However there is no actual maximum limit

The recommended replacement TLV9101 does have a maximum current value of 160uA.
