Rail-To-Rail Quad Op-Amp, TI P/N 5962-9318201MCA

Hi Team,

I am using the Rail-To-Rail Quad Op-Amp (TI P/N 5962-9318201MCA) as a Voltage-Follower and Comparator  functions. The output pins of the Op-Amps are connected to different load resistors 1K, 10K, 38.3K and 100K, and the chip is powered using +5V. I provide an input signal of 200Hz, 5V peak into pin 3 of the Op-Amp and measure the output signal of greater than 2.4V at pin 14. Does the Quad Op-Amp provides proper output voltage? Please review the attached Quad Op-Amp Screening Schematic and provide your comments. I would like to make sure that the test circuit will not cause electrical overstress or damage the part.

Thanks,

Steven
