OPA334 Output impedance at disable

Hi,

My customer is using OPA2334.
Datasheet shows that the output is high impedance when OPA2334 is disable.
He wants to know output impedance when OPA2334 is disable.
Could you let me know output impedance when OPA2334 is disable, please?

    A few years ago we evaluated the OPA334 output impedance in the disabled state. I had to search and find the data.

    We back drove the OPA334 output pin with a dc source and swept its voltage over a wide range and measured current into, or coming out, of the pin. The results are shown in the graph seen below. The blue trace is in the OPA334 output voltage vs. current (static output impedance) with the op amp in the disabled output state. The curve is flat and straight across the voltage range indicating that the output impedance is very high. A supply voltage of +/-2.75 V was used for the test.

    If the voltage is swept too close to the supply rails the output ESD cells will begin to turn on and the impedance will begin to follow that of the cell and drop to lower values.
