INA181-Q1: Error distribution of Vos and Eg

Hello Team,

I'm Yuta Kurimoto TIJ FAE.

I got some questions about INA181A2QDBVRQ1 from our customer.

Q. Regarding with the Vos parameter, Does this error distribution follow Gausian curve?

Q. If yes, is the Vos max spec(±500mV) given in 6 sigma?

Q. Regarding with the Eg(Gain error) parameter, Does this error distribution follow Gausian curve?

Q. If yes, is the Eg max spec(±1%) given in 6 sigma?

    Thank you for reaching out on the forum.

    The answers to all four questions are “Yes”. Further sometimes the data sheet provides histograms to show what typical production lot distribution looks like. Below are the two parameters of your concern.
