Hello,
I can't seem to find this info on the datasheet, but what is the difference between these three part numbers?
- LM139 MD8
- LM139 MDE
- LM139 MDR
Thank you!

I think I found the answer in
e2e.ti.com/.../738021
MD8 = military grade
MDE = space grade, radiation qualified to 100 krad at low dose rate (10 mrad/s)
MDR - space grade, radiation qualified to 100 krad at high dose rate (50 to 300 rad/s)
Hello Quark,
Yes. Correct.
MD8 = Military Bare Die
MDE = Space grade products that are radiation tested and qualified at low dose rate (0.01 rad/s).
MDR = Space grade products that are radiation tested and qualified at high dose rate (50 to 300 rad/s)
