OPA2348 is a very good choice, However, the typical bias current for LMV552 is slightly less and BW is 3MHz.
If you truly mean less power instead of less current, then use OPA2313 with 1.8V supply.

For total power dissipation calculations, don't forget to consider dissipation through the load. Here is an instructive presentation on the topic.
You are correct, however, in that the lower quiescent current part will generally consume the least amount of power. I would add that it looks like you've overestimated the OPA2348 quiescent current plot. The bottom line is the quiescent current plot (~42uA at 3.3V), not the top.
