    Hey SHH,

    Overall, the circuits look good. I understand one of the ALERT signals needs to be level-shifted from 5V to 3V, but I don't see why two INA300's checking for the same over-current level are needed. Maybe the OCP_ALERT_1 could be driven by the ALERT pin of U7703 directly?
