INA381: different pull up voltage at ALERT pin

Hi,

please take a look at below picture and help to confirm if it is ok to use different pull-up voltage at ALERT pin. in this case, IN381 is powered by 5V, but the pull up voltage of ALERT pin is 3.3V. thanks.
