I'd like to get more information than the datasheet.

And sorry about not enough information.

I'd like to know under what conditions he passed the ESD test.
I think the datasheet has to include your margin.

Human body model (HBM), per ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001

Charged-device model (CDM), per JEDEC specification JESD22-C101

I think the JEDEC JS-001 and etc has a test method.
So, there is no description up to the passing SPEC(2kV etc).
How do you testing?
Please tell me how many kV where you broke in stages?
