My customer used to use the MOSFET as the LNA of the FM, in Mobile Phone. But they found, due to the variation of the MOSFET, the sensitivity of the LNA is not constantly. So they want to replace the MOSFET with the integrated LNA.
Since we do not have the LNA, they said we may provide the solution with the highspeed opamp. The requirements is under here:
1、bandwidth: <200MHz
2、Differential output, or could convert to differential by circuit;
3、External components need to be less than 4.
4、Could be disabled to low power mode.Controlled by GPIO.
5、Supply power supply：<3.3V
6、Current：<10mA
7、size：<2*2*0.7mm3
8、others：NF<1.5dB；Gain>15dB@100MHz；IIP3>=-15dBm
Could you suggest the solution?
