The AFE4400SPo2-FE EVM evaluation kit displays the measured heart rate in the TI -AFE4400SPo2EVMGUI.
But I don't understand how it is being measured because the pulse probe uses two LEDS(IR and Red) but which output signal is take into consideration(or the dispalyed heart rate corresponds to) for displaying this heart rate.
Can anyone give me some information abotu this.

I don't understand of how TI is estimating heart rate from single IR LED because when I see the saved codes in excel sheet it shows the values corresponding to IR as 3xxxx but the displayed heart rate plot in the GUI shows the plot where the codes are changing from 600 to -1100.
Can I get some explanation about this.

Using Lab view now I am able to get the data format like this
(as the message communication protocol pdf format EVM to PC: 0x01 0x02 <18 bytes of 6 channel data with LSB first> 0x03 0x0D)
Can you explain me
1) If it is possible to use this data to plot the heart rate signal if the IR data of 3bytes is extracted from this 18bytes. If so, how this data should be modified (what are the changes to be done).

3)Can I know why you (TI) is no longer supporting the SpO2 and HR display tab from the GUI.But in the earlier GUI version it was supporting.Can I get a reasog this as well.
