Hi,

I just wanted to verify some details about sm28vlt32-ht Endurance (not sure if my understanding is correct). The datasheet says "

Endurance: 1000 Program and Erase Cycles". Does that mean that it can only take 1000 writes/erases?

    The device supports 1000 write/erase cycles from a reliability perspective. Note, erasing at high temp is not within specification, and could cause flash array to become over depleted and permanently damage device.

    I have a similar question related to the restrictions of operating temperature range when performing write and erase operations. What are these limits in terms of min and max temperature?
    If these parameters are detailed in the datasheet, would you please point where?

    Brandon,

    Only the erase is restricted on temperature range.   This appears in multiple locations in the datasheet.

    Front page bullet, test conditions for erase current and time in electrical characteristics table, and also in note in Table 3.

    Programming (write) does not have restricted temp range.
