We have a customer who is looking for the gold plating thickness and lead frame composition for the TPS7H1201SHKS. Not finding the data in Material Content, could someone please advise?

Leads are Kovar with 50µ-in to 350 µ-in Ni-plate. On top of the Ni-plate is 60 µ-in to 225µ-in of electrolytic Au-plate.
