How to get pulse wave signal by afe4404 evm

I can get six sets of data (LED1，LED2，LED3，LED1 ambient，LED2-LED3，LED1- LED1 ambient) with the device. LED1-LED1 ambient is more related with Pulse Wave. Is there a good way to translate the LED1-LED1 ambient to Pulse Wave signal? Hope for your answer.
