AFE4300: AFE4300 ESD issue

dear TI

when I put ESD 8000V to AFE4300 annolg single input pin which with TVS diode, AFE4300 dead;

could you kindly advise the solution? thanks!

Hi Ryan,

AFE4300 is designed to withstand upto +-2000V ( HBM model) and +-1000V(CDM model) as mentioned in datasheet under "ESD Ratings".
