DRV8323R: DRV8323R Gate drive voltage level issue

For special applications, it is often necessary to stop the motor in a fixed position. When the motor is stationary at the same position as the two-phase PWM, it is normal to find that the condition of the two-phase low-side gate driver voltage level is over 20V at VM 24V ? why?

Hi James,

The UGL signal should be no more than 12V when VM=24V.

Is this the EVM or a custom board?
Have you seen this on multiple boards?
If custom and seen on multiple boards, can you provide a schematic?

Is Custom board, I don't have EVM to verify it,

How are BAT_GND and A_GND connected?
What are the scope captures referenced to (BAT_GND or A_GND)?
Is there a scope capture showing BAT_GND vs A_GND?

Hi Rick,

The BAT_GND and A_GND are connected with a 0 ohm resistor.
