1. May we use TI-RTOS in Non-TI Chip?

2. If we purchase TI Chip for RTOS using, may we need to pay for license of RTOS in the future?

3. Does TI-RTOS support offline control ?

Derek,

There are a number of parts of TI-RTOS that are open source under a BSD license. These include the kernel and drivers. You can use this software at no charge on any device, including a competitor's. Obviously, there is some software, like BLE stack, that is not open source and can be used only on a TI device.

Not sure what you mean by remote control.
