How can we install AEC telecom libraries on Beaglebone-Black with console ONLY OS - Debian 7.7 ?

There is a 3P that has a VoIP phone using our BBB connecting to a SIP server and running HD echo cancelation, noise reduction, G711/729A/722...

Third party vendor VOCAL Technologies has complete SIP, RTP, voice coders, AEC and telecom libraries for the BBB. I've also designed a POTS audio cape to work with the BBB using the SiLabs 3050 DAA. www.vocal.com

Would there any other IC (USB Audio codec with built in AEC) from TI which can be used with BBB ?
For testing & eval we have been using 2912
