Hello,
Is there pull-pu resistor on S3/S5 pin of TPS51116?
I need to change power-up sequence on PCB.
I plan to cut PCB patterns to S3 and S5 pin and to connect to PowerGood pin of another DC/DC IC.
The PowerGoop pin is an open drain output. If there is internal pull-up resistor on S3/S5 pin, I can easily connect PowerGood pin to S3/S5 without external pull-up resistor.
When I check it by oscilloscope, it operates as if there is pull-up on S3/S5 even I did not found any comment about pull-up on datasheet.
