AM3354: Two Ethernet PHY transceivers

Hi,

I have one question regarding phy connection.

My customer considers to use two phy devices(DP83867) with AM3354.

Now, same clock is suppled to two DP83867s through CDCLVC1102PWR device. And DP83867 is connected to AM3354 through RGMII interface.

But customer would like to separate this clock. In other word, each DP83867 phy device has own OSC. This means each DP83867 is asynchronous.

Is this no influence to AM3354 Ethernet controller?
