From TI's we don't have this. Is it for the layout bit you are looking for a file?

hi,
I am trying to simulate a system using CC1101, I am asking for .MDF file to add the device for simulation. Just a model with pins will be fine too.

As said, we don't provide this. And I'm not sure what you want to simulate since we never use a model or similar of the chip when we develop our boards etc.
