    Hi Jeff,

    We have reference layout guidelines for the TS3A227E device (datasheet: pg 48, 49) that also comes in WCSP (DSBGA) and QFN package. This device has similar pinout and layout consideration as the TS3A225E and can be use for reference.

    I have checked these 2 datasheet this 2 pinout is different.

    Hi Jeff,

    The TS3A227E layout can still be used as a reference to the TS3A225E. The devices have many similarities and the only differing pins are the MICn pin and the ADDR_SEL pins which can be referenced to the MICp pin on the TS3A227E layout in terms of how to layout properly. The most important pins to have the proper layout for are the Sleeve and Ring pins which are common between the two devices and is exemplified in the TS3A227E datasheet.
