These were from Arrow.
During our inspection, we decapped a piece of OPA2134AIDGKR with DC:1915. The die did not show any markings that relates to a OPA2134 series.
Please check if this is a valid die.

Typically, TI does not put the final product ID on the IC chip so you shouldn't expect to find it on it. There are other alphanumeric identifiers that we use internally to keep track and identify the die while performing the assembly and test operations.
The bigger issue I see here is the OPA2134AIDGKR model number. When I review the OPA2134 datasheet and web pages for the 8-pin SOIC device I do not find the "AIDGKR" suffix listed, but instead "UA" and variations of it. Therefore, it looks like the product you have received from the supplier is suspect.
