How to achieve idle power 0.25W under Head-modulation ?

We tested the TPA3221EVM using 24V supply and see when no audio input the EVM will consume 24V x 0.061mA = 1.464W. 

How to configure TPA3221EVM to show idle power 0.25W under Head-modulation ?
