TLV320AIC3268: ASI/I2S Gain Level Adjustment?

Part Number: TLV320AIC3268

I am using PPS to define my DSP design blocks. My sources are 4 analog microphones mixed together. Output to HP, LineOut, and I2S. Here is a very simple view.

Is there a way to increase gain on the I2S port?  The gain on the analog outputs is fine.  The I2S output is too quiet.

I tried to add volume control but that doesn't do much gain. I think it is mostly an attenuator. I added an EQ because I am desperate and that helped a little but my voice was not as clear. Still not enough gain.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.
