I requested to download this software some time ago and was denied for some unexplained reason. It was suggested that I re-apply but after four days have heard nothing. How can I get to download this software please?

Sometimes requests get caught by export control and we don’t see them, that could be the case here. It would be useful to know your company and country of origin, as well as the application and your company email.
So if you can get that information to me, I can send it over to marketing and they’ll approve the access..
