I received a message saying that the case was about to close, I clicked saying more help needed but when logging in all I see is:

Requested record not found

I received this message on Sunday, and am still waiting

No Carson have not

Over a month has gone by and stil no resolution.  Is there no person at TI that can fix this?

Sometimes requests get caught by export control and we don’t see them, that could be the case here. It would be useful to know your company and country of origin, as well as the application and your company email. 

So if you can get that information to me, I can send it over to marketing and they’ll approve the access..
