PCM1803: check the date code of part#PCM1803ADBR

we purchased the part#PCM1803ADBR ,but we are not sure about the date code of the part from the marking ,it's year 2019 or year 2009

Could you help check and adv us by return ? and is there any document mentioned this issue could be offered？
